RugsAlert is a browser extension that displays warnings about domains and smart contracts that may be associated with scams, phishing, or other risks. We use blocklists and curated data to surface these warnings. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. No financial or legal advice

RugsAlert does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Warnings are based on available data and may be incomplete or outdated. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying any information before transacting.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to circumvent security measures, abuse reporting features, or attempt to interfere with the Service or its data sources.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any warnings or data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RugsAlert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.
